Enrollment Requirements
The National Trichology Training Institute is leading the trichology healthcare society with superior education. We are proud to be the only Trichology Training Institute authorized by the Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission in Georgia and the United States. The training course curriculum is energetic, extensive and empowering. Students enrolled at the National Trichology Training Institute earn a diploma and certification in Trichology Health Care. The Distance Learning Program is structured for 10 to 12 months. Students attend class every 3 months (January, April, July, and October) in Stockbridge, Georgia. Onsite class is held for 3 consecutive days: Monday and Tuesday 8:00 am-8:30 pm and Wednesday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

The core curriculum is 600 hours. Students are empowered to think critically and learn about the biological scientific approach to Trichology and wellness, and are further connected to the beneficial investments of understanding sickness and disease, diet, nutrition, the clinical business structure, and more. Students are offered custom designed materials that include the technical trichology textbook, workbook, and instructional training series DVDs.

Class sizes are conservative to ensure students receive individual attention.

The National Trichology Training Institute offers hands-on learning. Students work with live models, and use the institute’s Trichol-o-scope imaging system to properly understand how to identify scalp disorders and hair loss issues. Students are expected to participate in class discussions, Clinicals and Practicals, and attend field trips. Homework assignments are submitted twice each quarter.

Verify Age and Education
Students must be at least 18 years old with an accredited high school diploma or have satisfactorily completed the General Educational Development (GED) exam.

Submit the Application for Registration
Submit the Application for Registration and $149.00 non-refundable, non-transferrable Application Fee. Upon receipt of the Application and Application Fee we will send confirmation of your registration, including information regarding orientation, tuition, and materials required for class.

Submit the Student Contract
The National Trichology Training Institute must receive the original, signed Student Contract and tuition for the 1st Quarter 30 days before the first day of class.

Pass the Entrance Exam
Basic Skills Exam on Reading Comprehension, Mathematics, and Grammar.

Complete the Orientation Process
Review Policies and Procedures of the National Trichology Training Institute. Review and sign required forms.
Students must submit an official high school transcript or official GED scores and college transcripts if they previously attended another college. Official transcripts must have the institution’s seal and must be presented in an unopened official envelope from the institution.
